Bintulu, Sept 5: The success of the IEM Seminar, jointly-organised by the Institution of Engineers Malaysia, Sarawak (IEM Sarawak), OVM China and Specialist Engineering Asia (SEA) is largely due to the dedicated efforts of the team working diligently behind the scenes.

Arriving a day early to handle all the preparations

Two weeks before the event, SEA's office was bustling with activity. Staff were eagerly asking questions such as, "How many attendees have confirmed? Is the pewter plaque design finalised for the JKR Sarawak director who will officiate? When will the notebooks be ready?"

Even at KLIA Terminal 2 on the night of September 2, the focus remained on ensuring that everyone had everything needed for the trip to Bintulu.
