There is time to work, there is time to break fast together

AT SPECIALIST ENGINEERING ASIA (SEA) Sdn Bhd, what better way there is than to have a Buka Puasa together to foster camaraderie among colleagues.

"This," according to Specialist Engineering Asia (SEA) Chief Executive Officer, Eugene Lim, "is integral to our organisational culture. We believe that a balanced approach—working diligently, engaging in recreational activities, and sharing of meals together—helps to strengthen team bonds and enhances collaboration."

Every effort is made to ensure that staff feel being a part of the organisation. "Our philosophy is evident in our commitment to continuous learning and professional development, supporting both new and seasoned team members throughout the year," he added. "Last year, we organised a seminar in Bintulu, Sarawak. This year, we hope to participate in similar engineering conference or seminar in the Klang Valley."

Reflecting this philosophy, SEA co-organised a seminar last year in Bintulu, Sarawak, in September last year, in collaboration with the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) Sarawak Branch and OVM. The seminar focused on innovations in bridge construction and related technologies.
